Is Nursing still a good career choice?

Nursing is a good career choice either for men or women, one you know exactly what you will be once you get your degree, you know what you will be doing, instead of other degrees such as business, liberal arts in english or history its harder to look somewhere to apply for jobs. Healthcare is a field that will be around as long as were living, people will always need medical care, so in that since it provides job security, which alot of degrees and places of businesses now a days do not. I choose to do nursing because even though its all medical, its a job in which not one day will ever be the same, i feel it will never beccome boring, you consistently learn new things and people and illnesses are always changing, on top you can switch from different positions such as maternity, pediatric, emergency etc. There is a good variety of options. And the pay is also a benefit.
